Oracle EBS DBA
Location: Washington DC
Interview Process: F2F after telephony
Green-card or Citizen only
Duration: 6+ months with possible extensions
Any public trust clearance is more preferable.
Job Responsibility:
Install and configure Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.x and 11.5.10.2
Upgrade Oracle EBS from 11i to R12.2.x
Perform Oracle EBS application and database platform migration
Perform Database upgrade from 11g to 12c
Patching and cloning Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS
Performance tuning of Oracle Database 10g, 11g, 12c and Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12.2.x
Installation, configuration and support of Oracle Database 11g, 12c.
Installation and configuration of Oracle Application Servers Infrastructure and Middle Tier
Implementation and Configuration of Oracle forms, reports, OC4J Applications.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Grid Control 12c to monitor all the hardware, applications and network status.
Maintenance of Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle OAM and synchronization between OID and Microsoft Active Directory.
Monitor and record uptime and performance of Oracle Databases for SLA reports.
Shell scripting and SQL programming to automate day-to-day jobs like storage, system resource monitoring etc.
Knowledge of Hyperion, Cognos and Oracle Apex systems
Required Skills:
8-10 years of Oracle EBS Database and application Administration experience.
Experience in EBS upgrades and platform migration
Experience in EBS ADOP patching
Experience in the upgrade of Oracle GRID (CRS) and Database: 10gR2, 11gR2, and 12c.
Experience in database security configuration
Experience in implementation and Configuration of Oracle forms, reports, OC4J Applications and installation and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite 11i/12.2.x
Experience in NFS and ASM file systems
Experience in patching, upgrading and cloning Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS
Experience in Database Export/Import, Backup/Recovery.
Experience in implementation and maintenance of ''High Availability'' Oracle Database and Application server Architecture.
Experience working on different flavors of UNIX(AIX, LINUX), SAN storage (NetApp, IBM DS storages), Experience in NetApp Snap drive, SMO, Network load balancer for supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle Application Servers and Oracle Database
