Title: Oracle EBS Consultant
Location: Marlborough, MA

Duties:
The Contract Developer for IT G&A Applications will perform a variety of complex planning and technical tasks for assigned applications. Responsible for technical systems support, consulting, software product evaluations, project planning, application integrations, implementation/installation, testing, trouble shooting, and supporting of COTS, Cloud, and custom applications. This position requires strong communications, planning and technical skills while working directly with all levels of the business including business managers, system users, and external vendors.

Essential Functions
Responsible for tasks to support IT G&A applications as needed, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Coordinates technical system integration activities for assigned applications.
Identify, track and resolve all application problems; maintain system and data integrity.
Collaborates with IT to maintain system performance, system security and compliance requirements.
Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, Interfaces, Reports and forms using standard tools including SQL Developer, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Application Framework.

Skills: Knowledge & skills (general and technical)
Bachelor''s degree preferred and at least eight years information technology experience or related technical field in a Life Sciences environment.
Experience with Oracle EBS application including modifications, upgrades, and CEMLI activities.
Strong PL/SQL skills
Experience with GxP/validated systems, 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, and SOX.
Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 and T-SQL.
Competent in operation, support, and administration of various application solutions
Ability to manage the selection, installation, and deployment of application software systems.
Extensive skills in application integration including planning, designing, building, implementing, and supporting application integrations. Specific experience with integrations with Oracle EBS, Supply Chain and Procurement systems preferred. Strong understanding and adherence to SDLC.
Ability to meet deadlines; ability to communicate effectively; ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions in accordance with clients internal processes and procedures; ability to follow or give verbal and written instructions, as applicable.
