Description:
As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Location for this position is Atlanta, GA. This position may require some travel. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Qualifications Basic:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with IT Preferred.
Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Experience in Oracle CRM/Services, Service Contracts, Install Base & CRM Foundation:
At least 7 years of experience with functional and technical expertise in the above modules with at least 1 or more Oracle EBS CRM Implementation experience.
Should have hands on working experience on the modules.
Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in CRM processes.
Should be able to handle the customers independently and recommend the solutions based on the business needs.
Experience working with integrations of the above modules with other custom apps would be a plus.
Should be hands-on and also be open to take on leadership and project lead responsibilities.
Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams.
Should be proficient with conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing requirements analysis, technical feasibility and developing detailed, clear and precise functional and technical documentation.
Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus Candidate will be responsible for:
Leading development/implementation engagements on Oracle 11i and R12 application in the area of Oracle CRM/Services.
Perform role of SME on business process cycles and liaise with business users for requirement validation and design.
Provide overall solution design in Oracle 11i and R12 application modules of Oracle CRM/Services.
Requirement elicitation and documentation.
Preparing Solution Design using Oracle Applications and manage various phases of the project.
Understanding of differences in R11i and Oracle R12 version.
Configuration of modules and impact assessment/ re-design of custom components in R12 environment. Preparing Functional Design Document.
Requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
E2E Integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
Mentoring and coordinating offshore team.
