Notes:
This team takes tickets and issues from Business Users (finance and accounting departments) as it relates to Oracle EBS and reporting.
These folks should have a financial background with experience within Oracle EBS – R12 suite.
The Oracle EBS R12 suite are finance and accounting modules used to keep MarkWest running as a company.
The majority of the tickets deal with setting up reports and assisting with reporting using OBIEE and Hyperion within Oracle EBS.
Skills needed:
Oracle EBS R12
Technical support
Business Analyst
Financial background – understanding the pain points as a business user
OBIEE reporting
Ability to work with technical teams – developers and DBAs
Nice to have:
Hyperion S-base reporting (basically pulls reports out of modules and puts them in a big table within excel)
