Position: Oracle EBS AppsDev Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Full Time
The role is EBS AppsDev Manager. Need a strong EBS Techno-functional. who has hands-on experience on R12.1.3.

Technical-functional knowledge:
Strong hands on experience in Oracle EBS development technologies (including Oracle Reports, Forms , OA Framework, PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow, Unix shell scripting, packages, functions, procedures, OAF and core apps personalization)
Strong hands on experience in Oracle EBS table structure
Work with business partners in understanding business requirements (ask questions!
Design, develop, and test extensions or new business process
Write (and/ review) and maintain technical design / specifications.
Work with the business partners, testing team to perform unit, system, and regression (as needed) testing.
Assist in managing the migrating builds / code changes to Test and production environment.
Functional knowledge of Oracle financials: P2P, O2C, General Ledger, SLA, FA, Cash Management etc. and Supply Chain: SCM, Process Manufacturing, WIP, Quality, Inventory management
Management skills:
Work on resource capacity planning and work assignment in accordance to the priorities
Provide pro-active status update about the progress, road-blocks and resources planned and unplanned unavailability
Strong work ethics to accommodate shifting priorities or last minute changes
Partner with the AppDev team to own the delivery of the projects / releases successfully and first time right
