84 Months Demonstrated experience programming web based applications in C# or VB.Net in a Multi-Tier environment.
84 Months Demonstrated experience using PL/SQL coding stored procedures, packages, indexes, etc. using Oracle as the database.
84 Months Demonstrated experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports from web based applications.
84 Months Demonstrated experience with Ajax, Java Script, Cascading Style Sheets, and HTML.
84 Months Demonstrated experience using a data manipulation tool for Oracle such as PL/SQL Developer.

Description: The Concerts Web application is a web application that certifies and tracks licensing of providers of Mental Health services in New York State. This system records licensing visits and follow-up visits to provider agencies to ensure that their facilities comply with OMH standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 to develop/maintain application code using CNet, Java, AJAX, and HTML.
Use Team Foundation Server as a repository for the source code, for checking code in and out and for tracking project work items.
Use Crystal Reports/Enterprise/.Net to create new and enhance existing reports.
Use agile development practices- attend scrum meetings, sprint planning, and review meetings, and code the desired functionality based on “user stories” into the application.
Create Oracle stored procedures and packages and make necessary database design changes.
Perform unit testing on all code changes.
Troubleshoot errors and technical issues in applications and provide estimates for work to be completed.
Work with server and database groups to deploy new versions of the application to the QA and Production platforms
