Understand Entity Relationship diagrams
Understand the application and provide guidance to juniors as needed
Develop / modify / test Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures and ad-hoc queries
Tune queries and improve SQL performance.
Familiarity with UNIX scripts
Prepare documentation
Communication with various stakeholders

Good to have - Understand/Learn and develop using Oracle Golden Gate technology (optional)
Good to have - Understanding of Java web services application using Oracle RAC / Golden gate and participating in database development related activities (optional)
