Job Description:
The NYBE mission is to develop, implement and maintain a single, statewide system for use by the State for all licensing and permitting needs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Continue to build and maintain a data architecture based on the requirement.
Design and develop Logical and Physical Data Model. Create DDL scripts to establish and maintain a database.
Write complex SQL queries against an enterprise Oracle database. Create DML scripts to manipulate data.
Work with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, application development teams and QA to ensure the quality of DDL and DML scripts.
Performance tuning SQL to improve efficiency.
Working with NYS Agency representatives to develop data conversion specifications and understand Agency business rules.
Provide guidance and hands-on development for developing and maintaining reports in Crystal Reports.
Create clear and accurate documentation on data models, design for reports, and description of data usage in the application process flow
