POSITION: Oracle DBaaS Engineer
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
DURATION: 6 months

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Oracle DBaaS engineer who is a strong self-starter and passionate about simplifying database provisioning with non-DBA in mind.
The individual must have experiences in setting up and configuring OEM and Cloud Control from ground up with expert knowledge of the OEM internals.
In addition, the individual has administered CDB, PDB, GI, ASM, standby and dataguard broker technologies, and well versed with their internals.

It''s a big plus if you have designed and coded in JavaScript, CSS/HTML, node.js and REST.

As a person, you are able to function independently, deliver with minimal instructions and be able to work through problems on their own.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experiences with Oracle, OEM, GI, ASM, Standby and dataguard broker
- 5+ years of experiences with 12c container database and pluggable database
- Have worked and developed deployment procedures
- Growth mindset and enjoy exploring unfamiliar territories
- Strong communication skills

BIG PLUS QUALIFICATIONS:
Coding in Javascript, CSS/HTML, node.js, REST
Has delivered a service/product from ground up
