Required Skills:
Expert in Standby and Dataguard setup and administration
Expert in Oracle Golden Gate administration
Good knowledge of RAC
knowledge of RMAN backup and recovery
Able Space and user management
Good at SQL query and DB Performance tuning
Expert at troubleshooting database issues
Should have worked on ASM
