Oracle DBA

Contract duration (in months): 12
Job Details:
6-8 years of work experience as Oracle DBA
Should be exposed to very large environments leading a large team of DBAs
Extensive DB maintenance and Patching knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Data guard and standby databases
Good knowledge of Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and ASM
Good at troubleshooting database / query performance issues
Strong knowledge of backup and recovery using RMAN and logical backups
Must be good at security and user management aspects and policies of database
Should have worked on shell scripts and automations
Very good communication skills
Working knowledge of Oracle Golden gate
Desired:
Exposure to Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Exposure to Oracle 12c Database Administration
Knowledge of Perl script
