JD –
Should be good in Operations (user/access management)
Well verse with RAC, Data guard, Backups logical and RMAN.
Should have understanding of Goldengate.
Should be good in RMAN restoration/recovery.
Good in troubleshooting and work with different teams.
Should be familiar with IT CHG management (Service now preferred)
Familiar with ODA and Exadata (not mandatory)
