Oracle and SQL Server DBA with 10 years of experience and must also have graph database experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience interfacing with databases with languages other than SQL like Python, MATLAB, or JavaScript
Strong preference given to those with coding skills in the above scripting languages
- Experience working with complex, multidimensional, and unstructured data
- Experience with graph and document databases.
- Experience working with a wide range of materials or chemicals data types including the following:
Experience with ingestion of simulation data (e.g. density functional theory, molecular dynamics)
Knowledge of chemical cartridges beyond chemical text strings (i.e., beyond SMILES or InChi)
