Job Description:
The Department of Environmental Conservation is working to replace and enhance the existing permits system. The new system (eTrack) will provide the ability to collect pre-application inquiries and accept permit applications online, as well as process the applications received and generate reports. eTrack will also provide GIS capabilities, data/document management, automatic notifications, application tracking and review tools, document generation, and reporting/data inquiry capabilities.
The consultant will be performing tasks including:
Providing Application support and being on call as required
Oracle Service Cloud Development
Develop, implement, manage and maintain web applications in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
