Job Description :
We’re looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of implementations experience to join a large Security company in Parsippany, NJ. In this position, you will help our client deploy Oracle cloud ERP and HCM in a workforce management. If you enjoy working on ERP Cloud projects, then this is the opportunity for you!

As the Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager, you will:

Analyze our clients current business processes

Help develop business/functional requirements

Design solutions and help with delivery of the solutions

Conduct workshops/training for clients to help analyze/define their business requirements and processes

Conduct fit/gap analysis of Oracle’s packaged ERP solutions and adapting them to meet clients business requirements

Design and implement new methods, procedures and systems (automated and manual)

Help improve the processing and flow of information within the clients’ companies

Help manage projects – from conception to launch – and ensure overall success of company

Be involved at varying levels throughout the project life cycle, from requirement gathering to solution implementations

Participate in creating and maintaining a road map and strategy for customers

Collaborate with other leads, managers and technical team to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Cultivate business development opportunities: demos, pre-sales and sales cycle

Establish, adopt, communicate and enforce industry standards, financial principles and practices

Ensure best practices for system documentation and testing that support an optimized data environment

Maintain long-term client relationships/networks

If Remote, travel will be 80%+

Job Requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager:

5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM experience; at least 2 significant projects

3+ years of PMO experience; PMP certified is a plus

Financial, Procurement, Reporting/Analytics and Hyperion/Planning and HCM experience

Experience implementing Oracle Procurement applications

Strong functional domain experience (HR, Finance, procurement)

Strong client skills

Be a self-starter

Have solid interpersonal skills, projecting a very positive customer-oriented attitude
