Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
Customer Experience professionals design, implement and deploy Customer Experience solutions.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Job Description:
The candidate must be client facing, able to work across functional and technical areas, familiar with off-shore delivery models, and have proven experience in leading large projects or programs.
Manage delivery of projects across full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) or through Agile methods
Manage, ensure quality, and obtain approvals of deliverables including: Project Plan, Solution Blueprint, Requirements, Design Documents, Test Scripts, Deployment Plans, Change Management Plans
Manage Budget, Project Plans, and Change Request to ensure financial commitments and on-time delivery
Manage, coordinate, and support kick-off meetings, workshops, quality reviews, and other cross-team activities
Ensure quality of delivery through management of client expectations, adhering to delivery standards, and conducting detailed quality reviews
Ability to estimate effort, create proposals, and support sales pursuits

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working within the CX, CRM, Digital space
Minimum 2+ years of experience with one or more Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud products: Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM), Oracle Customer Data Management, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud
7+ years experience in project and program management

Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships and serve as trusted advisor
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong Excel, Word, MS Project, and Powerpoint skills
Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask
