Position: Oracle CPQ Cloud
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Technical/Functional Skills
Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ & Sales Cloud data model (including a thorough understanding of object relationships, BML, SOQL, and SOSL), architecture, constraints, governor limits and change management
Strong exposure to Oracle CPQ Sales Cloud architecture and implementation best practices.
Exposure to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration using pre-built connectors and point to point integration with CRM (SF) and ERP applications (Oracle ERP)
Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Oracle CPQ Cloud
Strong knowledge of Quoting and Configuration business processes.
Strong knowledge of Business Analysis competencies (requirements elicitation and management, business process mapping, data flow modeling, functional specifications, and test scenarios IIBA or similar certification preferred.
Packaged system fit gap and configuration
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions in collaboration with another team member
Skilled at working across diverse constituencies, delivering project tasks in a timely manner and driving issues to conclusion. Solving problems through process AND technology change is key.

Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to assess legacy processes, data and system capabilities to help drive alignment to and adoption of Stryker architecture and practice standards.
Partners with business leaders and other IT teams on options to solve business process gaps including business requirements, solution options and approach.
Design efficient product enhancements that align with design standards and the IT Product Road Map.
Leads the functional design process for complex solutions
Configures the business applications based on business requirements and functional design documents
Partners with peers in the implementation and maintenance of cross functional and Enterprise solutions.
Develop and execute plans for testing and training of the new system.
Maintain system documentation and user training material.
Partner with support team members to effectively deliver product changes and the transition of post go live support activities; provides escalated support assistance as required
