* Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) w/ Utilities

* Trash or Sewer Services Company

Candidates who have CC& B in addition to one of the following applications are encouraged to apply
* Oracle Revenue Mgmt and Billing (RMB/RM&B) - Finance and Insurance
* Oracle Enterprise Tax & Policy Management (ETPM) - Government and Business
* Should have a sound understanding of functional and technical workings of SPL/Oracle Utilities based products. (CCB, RMB, ETPM.
* Know how to research, discover and assess the product for alignment with client requirements.
* Know how to utilize the system and its installed resources in order to design solutions and make recommendations.
* Should know the technical architectures
* Have knowledge on critical setup, configuration and extensions needed for implementation.
* Be able to provide assistance with creating, coordinating and configuring batch runs, jobs etc within OU based framework
* Be knowledgeable with at least 5 of the following: The UI, Customer Setup, Account Setup, Configuration, Zones, Interfaces, creating algorithms, extending algorithms, Creating To-Dos, Configuring To-Dos, Credit and Collections.
