Job Description :
Proven Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) experience required
Strong OBIEE dashboard and analysis development skills
Proven data modeling and problem solving experience
Ability to translate BI business requirements into technical requirements for BI development
Proven ability to independently develop complex dashboards, analyses, and agents utilizing tables, graphs, and interactive elements in line with project requirements and delivery deadlines
Ensure that data projects follow prescribed development life cycle and meet quality standards
Work as part of a team to elicit, document, and finalize business requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
5+ years working as BI Developer in an OBIEE shop, OR 3+ years working as an BI Developer in an OBIEE shop PLUS a field-related Master’s degree
Must demonstrate a high level of experience writing Oracle PL/SQL
Proficient in analyzing business/data requirements
Proficient writing metadata definitions data mapping specifications;
Proficient in data analysis, defect identification, and resolution;
Understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling;
Experience with full lifecycle development projects and agile methodologies;
Must possess exceptional problem solving skills;
Very strong OBIEE experience (11g acceptable; 12c preferred)
