Details:
· Industry leader with strong HCM Background with multi year experience defining and implementing HR solution across different industries.
· Should have strong exp in the HCM industry architecting, implementing and strategizing for different customer size and locations.
· Should have implementation experience in Advanced Benefits.
· Should have know how on how HCM Core, Benefits, Time collection, Absences, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Payroll solutions work and integrate together.
· Should have at least 2-3 global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience. Should have hands on capability on Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
This person will be responsible to manage project, team, schedule and budget to execute the HCM system for customers.
