Job Description:
Looking for an Sr. Solutions Engineer/Analyst (Oracle EBS) to assist with the development of automated interfaces and data migration processes to support the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 application. The selected consultant must have core functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 application including configurations, extensive functional and technical understanding of the EBS database schema, as well as understanding of the EBS utilities that could be used to extract and transform data from EBS. The consultant will work with the IT Application Support Team, Technical Infrastructure Team, Branch Accounting Procurement Office, and Budget Service Office to Design, Develop, and Test the Automated Interface processes, as well as the data extract and transform processes which will be used to migrate data from EBS to new system.

Qualifications:
7 years of functional implementation experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations (Oracle R12)
7 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Financial Statement Generator Reporting (FSG), Discoverer, Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator (Web ADI), Report Manager, and Alerts.
Demonstrated experience as a consulting resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
Previous experience with Oracle EBS Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules
Understanding of functional standards and guidelines, and entity relationship understanding

Responsibilities include:
Participate in the business process design.
Complete an assessment of the current EBS environment, proposed business process and interface specification.
Design the interface process.
Develop the interface process.
Unit Testing the interface process.
Perform integration testing of the interface processes.
Develop the data conversion extract and transform processes.
Perform integration testing of the data conversion extract and transform processes.
Support the data migration activities during the deployment and Go-Live phase.
Assist with providing day-to-day technical support for the EBS application.
