Oracle Apps Dev
Location: SFO
Job Type: Contract

Oracle Applications developer, specifically with expertise in PL/SQL & Forms, to develop and enhance our leading-edge back-office integrations that support various mission-critical business processes.
You must have a solid background in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and SQL*Plus programming and an excellent understanding of Oracle Applications, with a concentration on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR You will be responsible for developing custom programs, SQL reports, and forms that enhance various integration points between salesforce.coms flagship Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM application and Oracle Applications. To be successful at this position, you must be able to write complex custom forms, packages, stored procedure, triggers, indexing, and PL/SQL scripts.
This job requires that you be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess good documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, have the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technologies quickly, and work in a fast paced, team-driven environment.
You may be asked to contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the teams portfolio-
Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience with PL/SQL and SQL*Plus
6-8 years of experience with Oracle Forms & Application Object Library (AOL),
6-8 years of experience building custom applications, PL/SQL packages/procedures and interface development.
Working knowledge of PL/SQL bulk programming
Working knowledge of SQL performance tuning
Working knowledge of Oracle Financial applications, specifically AR and GL
Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database concepts
Working knowledge of system development life cycle processes
Must have worked on Oracle apps interfaces
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to interact with business users and business analysts
Desired Skills:
Experience working in Agile development environments and Scrum methodologies
Experience working with major CRM and ERP applications
Experience with revenue management , Account Payables , Cash Management
Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
