Who are we looking for?
A SE/SSE who support/develop a critical project from scratch including providing on call Support, Enhancement etc. for Sprint. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in SDLC, Production Support and managing scalable applications along with exposure to Oracle APEX,Java&SQL
Technical Skills:
Should have minimum 5 year of experience in Java&SQL
Should have minimum 5 year of experience in Oracle APEX
Should have minimum 3 year of experience in SQL
Process Skills:
Should have hands on experience in development work cycle
Should have hands on experience in handling Production Support and Problem Management
Capable of developing software based as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of Design/Code(Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects
Participates as a team member
Take ownership of the Application and provide the support as and when needed
Should be the Single Point of Contact for the application being supported from Offshore
Mentoring the Team
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
