Overview
The Operations Test Engineer provides quality assurance analysis on systems used by St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital (SJC RH This position will perform quality validation, specifically designing, conducting and documenting system test and validation plans, for systems supported by Research Information Services (RIS), including both on-premises and Cloud-based systems. The Operations Test Engineer will also provide support for automated test systems within RIS.
Minimum Education
A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business-related field is required.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years of experience in a manual software testing role is required.
Experience in developing and executing test plans and documenting test case results is required.
Understanding of systems quality assurance and software testing principles is required.
Familiarity with testing cloud-based systems is preferred.
Experience in working with automation test tools (e.g. HP UFT) is preferred.
