ROLE: Operations/Technology Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
The Operations/Technology Analyst will be responsible for supporting the first and second line of issues for the TEDS application, working with different types of users from around the State of TN. A strong customer service background is needed, and a mix of software support knowledge is very important. This will be a fast-paced call center type environment, located in downtown Nashville. It will include taking and documenting issue calls, as well as monitoring service uptime and incident escalation and communication. In addition, this role involves hands-on triage and troubleshooting of application/technical issues and suggested resolution for those issues.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an operational or help desk position or on a development or triage team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Focus on quality delivery
Experience with process improvement
Ability to establish good client relationships
Understanding of networking concepts and IT knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
Excellent job scheduling activities
Reporting skills
Shall possess advance skills in batch scheduling activities
Shall have extensive experience with operating systems and system administration
Coding and design skills
Front-end application experience
Experience interacting with government agencies – State or Federal level (e.g., Department of Human Services, Department of Labor)
Knowledge of Medicaid program a plus

The operations/technology analyst will understand how technology solutions support improved business execution by identifying client problems and translating them across technical and functional entities, while providing a tailored solution. In addition, the analyst will be knowledgeable in transferring client data into meaningful, actionable insights. Skilled coding and designing is a needed ability, as well as knowledge of system architecture and cloud technologies, along with recognizing the importance of front-end design and user experience.
