Mandatory Technical Skills
6+ Yrs Experience in UNIX,DB,J2EE Application, Server and Network terminologies.
5+ Yrs Experience in Enterprise application support.
Knowledge in Performance testing.
Develop standards and procedures that provide for efficient operation of the servers and systems.
Create and maintain systems documentation and SOPs.
Analyze and assess systems for proper operation.
Actively monitor and report on systems to track achievement of business SLAs.
Provide users with network technical support responding to the needs and questions of end users regarding their access to resources on the network.
Manage hardware/software procurement activities as required.
Provide technical support for data center infrastructure and end user client devices.

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Serve as a Support t Lead for Enterprise application.
2. Work with team members/clients and track the deverables closely. Ability to lead development team for the success of the projects
3. The candidate will consult with client and team members to document and understand business and technical requirements for Enterprise Digital.
4. Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements. Design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary
5. Stay abreast of advancements in eCommerce technologies in order to determine relevance and possible impact to existing system
6. Recommend and drive adoption of engineering best practices, including use of design patterns, code reviews and automated unit testing

Desirable Functional Skills
Communicate effectively in English, with excellent verbal and written skills and build rapport with team members and clients
System design and solution architecture experience.
Articulate (written and verbally) client expectations to client, and other stakeholders
Define next steps, position those with the client, and lead delivery of result
Conduct project planning and work estimates with the engagement manager and/or project managers
Leads and conducts prototyping and proof of concept activities, establishes reusable templates and solution components to pave the foundation for complex implementations
Effectively consult with management and technical leads of customer organizations.
