Monitor, respond, coordinate support events to maintain the company’s critical infrastructure platforms. Requiring a high level of customer service and collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a positive team player with excellent communication skills that demonstrates an aptitude for advanced support, systems monitoring/remediation, communication, and a potential for growth.
One (1) to Three (3) years of experience with Network Operations support in a professional environment
Responsibilities :
Perform proactive system monitoring of the infrastructure environment
Identify, remediate and escalate issues related to critical platforms
Communication Management
Problem Reporting and Logging
These professionals should have strong interpersonal skills to coordination efforts across the support organization.
Willingness to work flexible schedules and support a 24X7 operation
Knowledge of a programming/scripting languages such as C#, PowerShell, VBScript, or Java is a plus.
Other responsibilities assigned as required.
