Position: Operation support Lead
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Description:
Working with Business users to understand Business issues
Create Business Scenarios and use cases
Review current process for of various enhancement (rate change/coverage addition, Form changes etc – recommend areas of improvement, identify areas for efficiency and automation if possible etc.
Coordinates UAT activities with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of communication and collaboration
Planning: Create Test Strategy and Test Plans
Create UAT process document and recommend areas of automation - presents benefits of the changes proposed and seeks agreement from Dovetail CTO/COO for proposed changes
Create UAT test management – assist with KPI definition, tracking UAT progress, quality and timeliness of UAT deliverables, tracking metrics/KPIs
Coordinates with the offshore UAT team as required for various Testing activities/issue-concerns for all phases of testing
Reports test progress status and metrics to the Dovetail COO/CTO.
Performs risk assessments for UAT related risks and issues, and escalates if necessary
Report defects to Dovetail technology team and track them to closure
Understand the current production policies/data validation process and document it
