                                                                             Requisition Title: OpenText ECM Administrator
Duration: 09-18 months Contract 
Location: Des Moines, IA
The OpenText Enterprise Content Administrator will work as a part of a team who are responsible for administering, supporting, document conversions and migrations and monitoring of the content management system. This includes day-to-day administration, performance tuning, and maintenance supporting all systems required for the content management environment to be functional. The OpenText Enterprise Content Administration Lead will also be responsible for reviewing maintenance plans, ensuring backups are being successfully performed, respond to failures, write and test disaster recovery plans, and assist in design and conversion of application interfaces to the OpenText document repository. An Administration Lead would also be expected to provide input and recommendations on design and architecture improvements, and assure that the existing ECM platform is meeting the business needs.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
             System Administrator role for our corporate Enterprise Content Management Platform, OpenText Content Server version 16.
o             Project Workspace and User administration
o             Platform Module installations, Patches, and software upgrades
o             End User Training
o             Support/Troubleshooting, including coordination with vendor support teams as needed.
o             Workflow Development and support.
o             Identification and implementation of Records Management best practices and Archive center administration.
o             Performance metric monitoring and implementing corrective actions as needed.
             Implement and support corporate collaboration platforms
             Enterprise Content Management (OpenText Content Server, OpenText Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Object Importer, Rightfax, Brava, Transformation Server, InfoFusion)
             Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and develop action plans to increase adoption.
             Help on preparing training and adoption material
             Partner with development teams as required in supporting the conversion of existing legacy applications written in OnBase and Golbal 360.
             Facilitate migration of legacy ECM systems such as Global 360 and OnBase
             Configuration and maintenance of OpenText InfoFusion to synchronize data with other Enterprise systems
             Configuration and maintenance of Enterprise Scan and OpenText Capture Center
             Configuration and maintenance of OpenText InfoFusion to synchronize data with other Enterprise systems
Education and Experience:
             Bachelors degree in a related field of study
             7+ years of experience in a system administration IT role
             7+ years experience in a system admin role for Opentext Content Server products
             Experience with Administration and Support of OpenText Content Server
             Experience working with Workflows, Content Server Widgets, Workspaces, Web Reports, Web Forms, Templates in Content Server
             Good understanding of the overall ECM processes and concepts (Capture, Manage, Store, Preserve, Deliver)
             Experience working with other OpenText products such as  InfoFusion, Archive Server, OTDS, Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, Capture Center is required
             Certifications such as Content Server System Administrator v16  and Archive Center Administration v16
             Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the conversion of legacy applications (Global 360, OnBase
