Job Title : Onsite Managed Services Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Permanent/Full Time
Job Description
Candidate should have a significant project execution and management experience in managed services kind of execution for Production Support & Development for a portfolio of applications
* Should understand how to measure Managed Services applications – KPIs / SLAs etc.
* Understand how to perform Application portfolio analysis / shortlisting & applicability for offshoring etc.
Should have strong Technical Leadership capability in one ore more areas:
o Candidate’s preferred technology background is .NET / Mulesoft / SOA
o very good BI/BA background (in ETL tools like Datastage etc…and/or reporting/dashboarding tools like Tableau/Qlikview or EDW experience)
o CRM tools such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics
o Not preferred – Mainframe / AS400
o Not so preferred but is not a problem – Testing (as we already have good competency within existing team)
Expected to have 10+ years of experience with at least last 5+ years in managing projects in managed services mode
Good communication skills and have experience interacting with Senior Leadership team
Good presentation skills with experience of creating Dashboards and Status reporting under Managed Services reporting
