Location: Harrisburg, PA

Must work onsite in Harrisburg, PA – no remote work
Rate: $70-75/hr DOE

This administrator will be responsible to provide daily application administration and maintenance, as well as support the client in our effort to create efficient electronic business processes to eliminate paper records. This OnBase System Administrator will both maintain existing and implement new OnBase solutions. This OnBase System Administrator will also serve as the principal point of contact for all hardware, database and application software that interacts with or supports the OnBase solution. Experience with OnBase system upgrades, workflow design, and reporting dashboards are highly desired. Current OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) is required. OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA), OnBase Certified Workview (OCWV), or OnBase Certified API (OCAPI) are a plus. Experience with Kofax Imaging software and OnBase mobile is highly desired.

Job Description
Provide technical support to end users in a timely fashion
Work as a team member with additional System Administrators, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and other roles within the Bureau of Information Technology
Prioritize daily tasks, live production issues, projects, and customer support
Review current processes, hardware, and software to ensure resources are functionally properly & efficiently. Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements.
Perform software upgrades as required
Assist with developing, testing, and migrating new or updated functionality & projects across SIT, UAT, Production environments
Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects
Create documentation of system changes or existing processes and distribute to appropriate parties
Work with client OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technical support as needed
Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new OnBase solutions
Assist with training identified subject matter experts
Communicate system downtime & project deployments with business owners and end users
Understand, maintain, & enhance external integrations within OnBase
