5+ years'' experience in the Windows Environment.
Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex
technical issues.
Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at
all levels; including good presentation skills.
Excellent team player.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven
and well organized.

Essential Skills
The selected candidate must have extensive experience working with clients
in person and over the phone with advance knowledge with Office 365,
Exchange 2010/2013, including server build and IronPort.
Frequent interface with Microsoft and other vendors.
Lead several key initiatives related to Office 365
