Mandatory Skills: Office 365 – SharePoint online, Exchange Online, One Drive, Skype for Business, O365 tenant Administration, Manage end-to-end L3 level services in the context of O365, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SharePoint Administration, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010 Applications, Lotus Notes (Preferred)
Job Description:
· Experience in handling Services on O365 environment, tenant and Administration
· High level understanding of different category of services in the context on O365 environment including SharePoint, Skype for Business, Lync, One Drive, Microsoft Teams etc.
· Knowledge & Experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and Office 365 – SharePoint online, Exchange Online, Office 365 - Lync Online and other services
· Understanding of O365 Architecture
· Experience in building and maintaining Hybrid environment with Office 365 services and integration with on-premise environment. Also have experience in creating and configuring Office 365 tenants
· Should have an understanding on Single Sign On service using Microsoft ADFS
· Experience in Lotus Notes based application and administration is preferred.
· Possess excellent written and oral communications skills including excellent documentation skills
· Able to develop business case based on requirement assessment and existing infrastructure
· Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining complete end-to-end O365 environment.
· Should have spent at least couple of years in management SP and O365 environment in all levels
· Backup and restore of exchange servers databases, Setting Disaster recovery policy
· Performing restoration drills, Analysis of backup and restore logs
· Mail routing/management, Installation and configuration of SMTP connector and other connectors
· Understanding and solution capability for Blackberry service, Anti-virus & Anti-spam solutions on various products
· Microsoft Certification MCSE, MCSA or any other relevant certification will do.
