Additional Experience:
Understanding of Network, Firewall and load balancing
Knowledge of SCCM will be a plus
IIS troubleshooting skills

Role and Responsibility::
5+ years’ experience in the Windows Environment
Demonstrate proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues
Good written and verbal communication skills for communicating at all levels; including good presentation skills
Excellent team player
Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
The selected candidate must have extensive experience working with clients in person and over the phone with advance knowledge with Office 365, Exchange 2010/2013, including server build and IronPort.
Frequent interface with Microsoft and other vendors.
Lead several key initiatives related to Office 365.
