Job description:
This position will be responsible for assisting with SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online setup and migration, including configuration, deployment, connectivity, and security activities. The position will also provide knowledge transfer to the appropriate SCC resources to ensure ongoing support and administration in the new environment, serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting development and migration issues, serve as an additional set of hands for migration work, and address challenges related to custom branding and workflow.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a SharePoint Online and Office 365 subject matter expert
- Provide guidance and recommendations on migration from on-premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (including custom branding)
- Run and review SharePoint assessment tool
- Provide remediation plan for preparation of multi-tenant environment based on readiness assessment report and business requirements
- Provide design document for secure SharePoint Online multi-tenant environment
- Provide technical configuration of on-premise and cloud AIP
- Provide implementation and migration plan of for secure SharePoint Online multi-tenant environment
- Provide knowledge transfer to security and technical team
- Office 365 best practices
- Security configuration and management
- Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS – E5) capabilities and configuration
- SharePoint, OneDrive, & O365 administration
- Provide troubleshooting assistance with workflows
- Provide best practices for SharePoint Online governance framework
- Work with Microsoft Fast Track Team as needed
- Participate in weekly project status and team meetings throughout engagement

Required details:
Development – Web parts, custom workflow creation, O365 development, display templates, JSLink, publishing sites,
PowerShell Scripting, Bootstrap
Development - Less, Gulp, Javascript, JSON, JQuery
Exp w/ SharePoint’s app svcs framework incl. implementation, config & usage of Search, managed properties,
managed metadata, user profile services
Experience implementing Enterprise Mobility + Security features specifically on-prem and cloud AIP and conditional
access rules
Experience with overall Office 365 configuration & administration (Government Cloud - preferred)
Experience in SharePoint Development including analysis, design, and hands-on development
Familiarity with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, and responsive design
Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, & TFS
Familiarity with REST and SharePoint Object Model (CSOM & JSOM)
