Position: Office 365 Admin
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: Full Time

Minimum Work Experience: 10+ Years

Experience:
Min. 8+ Years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange, Active Directory
Administration support for the Microsoft Office 365 environment, Email Gateway Servers, and other related collaborative systems and technologies
Provide on-site support to End-Users, as and when required
Address O365 service availability issues, client software, and mobility installation issues
Manage services using supplier and client implemented ITIL processes and practices
Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with End-User tickets/calls
Skills:
Sound knowledge of O365 Admin Center and how to utilize it to conduct necessary actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues
Thorough Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, Azure Active Directory, Rights Management Services (RMS), Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and TCP/IP and LAN / WAN networking
Should know of different licenses in Office 365 and different type of admin groups
