Job Description :
Office 365 Admin - Lincolnshire, IL - Contract

This position is for an experienced O365 Administrator to support the
general administration of the Office 365 tenant.

Essential Functions

Serve as the team lead for the O365 administrators
Lead meetings to O365 changes MS releases around each O365 product
including Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Sharepoint, etc.
Lead activities around O365 licensing, Entitlements and
Performance\Capacity\Health Monitoring
Develop and maintain O365 technical roadmaps with O365 product
owners
Maintain and update O365 governance documentation with O365 product
owners
Maintain Powershell scripts used to manage\support the O365
environment
Maintain and document the O365 test tenant environment
Required Skills
Very strong Office 365 Administration skills and Architectural
background with Office 365 tenants
Very strong Powershell scripting skills
Working knowledge and ability to support AD Connect
Comfortable working ticket queue on a daily basis
Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituencies to
support project and organizational change management objectives
Subject matter expertise relevant to assigned business area /
function
Strong working knowledge of key Business processes and concepts
Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology
teams
Strong analytical skills especially in the area of requirement
elicitation
Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives
simultaneously
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong ability to
influence others
Strong leadership, consulting, and negotiating skills
Team-spirit
Ability to collaborate with global colleagues
