Job Description :
Good understanding of Logistics & Global Trade processes, and domain expertise.

Business process analysis, ability to identify divergent processes followed by Process Harmonization workshops and Change Management.

Experience working with business teams and understand their requirements.

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with business users and IT team in handling all stages of a Software Development Life Cycle - Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor, Control and Close the assigned Projects.

Expert in OTM Application configuration, have worked as an OTM Solution Architect, Logistics SME and lead process re-engineering & design activities in large projects. Helped in customer satisfaction with domain knowledge and product specific skill sets.

Develop and manage relationships with client executives at the senior level across different lines of business.

Proficient in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in doing Business Requirement Workshops, OTM fit-gap analysis, OTM solution designs, OTM configurations and process automations, lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Integration discussions and system testing, Key User trainings.

Ability to drive discussions with customers and grow the account.
