Requirements:
Knowledge of key processes in industry-specific BSS/OSS solutions:
o Quote to Order
o Order Management and Provisioning
Process modeling tools and best practices
Experience with 3rd party logistics integration
Technical System Integration design
Understand the business process to deliver an initial impact analysis
Work with the Infra/Ops team to ensure connectivity is established
Business Process Framework; able to understand business flows and how they translate to requirements in form of user stories
Maintains inventory of all interfaces
Coordinate with Security Team representatives to ensure security standards and practices are in the forefront of designs
Create and own the integration plan that reflects key milestones from technical documentation compilation to code drop
Work with the BluePrint team to ensure design is in balance with the overall architecture
Map features to correct domain and platform capabilities on a weekly basis
Own relationships with technology partners and become trusted partner
Mitigate any potential timing and planning risks related to back office integrations by engaging with back office teams early and communicating Next Gen timelines and priorities
Produce a consistent and flexible design that meets the business requirements
Create sequence diagrams that outline the correct implementation
Own detail design of the requested business functionality
Facilitate integration solution discussions with Development Application Teams and its members
