Description:
The Real Time Information (RTI) Technical Analyst is a member of the Manufacturing Operations Team within Downstream and Chemicals IT Operations, which supports the Manufacturing Operations and Technology domain through run support of the Real Time Monitoring (RTM) systems comprised of OSI and Siemens products utilized at all Client''s.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
This position provides on and off-hour support for operating, maintaining and extending the RTM systems used by Downstream and Chemicals consumers.
Trouble shooting infrastructure and network issues.
Drives Superior Results. Acts with sense of urgency and decisiveness. Consistently delivers high quality deliverables and has a strong customer facing approach.
Seeks to produce innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Supports a strong Change Management Process using DevOps and Agile Methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
OSI (PI, AF) experience
Skilled customer support analyst in a wide range of technologies including operational support.
Proficient with Windows Server and Internet information Services (IIS) and security.
Understanding of software development techniques Net, PowerShell or other scripting languages
SQL database operation
Expert troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Process Control Networks.
Experience with Matrikon OPC.
Experience with Siemens\XHQ.

Critical Selection Criteria:
Exhibited expert trouble shooting skills, breadth of experience with technical support of infrastructure, proficient network trouble shooting, software development a scripting experience would be a plus NET, PowerShell), installation and configuration of software, incident and problem management (troubleshooting), database analysis (using SQL queries), creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining IP compliance, adherence to change management procedures.
Teamwork - Ability to work with a team toward a common goal, staying aligned with agreed strategies, priorities and processes to deliver results. Ability to adapt to and accommodate changing needs and priorities.
Strong Communication & interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with management, peers and customers across disciplines and geographies. Proven ability to remain focused upon agreed deadlines and deliverables while handling conflicting requirements.
Execution skills. Ability to drive work to completion (plan, organize and coordinate) with team members, ITC support groups, customers and vendor’s resources.
