RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIRED SKILLS:
More candidates with Oil & Gas specific OCM experience with a mix of tactical change management, communications, and training. Preference for candidates who have previous large scale consulting experience.
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- Strong sense of EQ (emotional quotient)
- Experience in corporate/strategic messaging and communications
- Training experience – content preparation and delivery
- Understanding of and experience with best practice change management methodologies (change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement/assessment, etc)
