POSITION: OIM Client Facing Architect
LOCATION: Schaumburg, IL

This project helps our client’s customer to manage identity services. User provisioning, managing access level rights, maintaining identity servers and delivering the custom solution to efficiently manage identity services for the internal and external users of the client company. Heavy client facing experience required.

Onboarding of applications for various account provisioning business requirements.
Manage, troubleshot, fix infrastructure and application issues and provide technical help to team and Coordinates with other information technology (IT) partners, business partners and product vendors on technical strategic direction.
Responsible for developing custom solutions using JAVA. Will be leading efforts to provide technical guidance to the team.
Subject matter expert in OIM.
Should be able to own and solve provisioning related issues using OIM.
Should be able to own the automatic provisioning code base.
Proactive in communication and a self-starter to support internal customers.
Will be coordinating with offshore team members on daily basis and should be able to participate and help the team on technical issues.
Will be responsible for Weblogic server, web application server, Oracle and OIM administration and/or support.
Will need to work in a team supporting 24X7 support model.
Will be working on dev,stage,prod environments with multiple teams managing the environments. Responsible for modification of the JAVA code, implementing custom OIM connectors and other entities (e.g. adapters, event handlers and scheduled task)
Will be heavily involved in managing the process task creations, integrating code base and schedulers

Key Technical Skills - Must have:

Programming using Core JAVA, J2EE, Web Logic Server Administration
Oracle Identity Management (OIM 11g R2 PS1/PS3) server administration
Unix/Linux administration commands
Oracle 11g SQL and administration (Oracle 12c preferred)
Custom adapter development. SOA
