Description:
Translating business requirements into software design specifications using standard design methodologies
Design, develop, test, migrate and document OIM system components, including Roles, Provisioning, Connectors, Workflows and Custom Interfaces as needed.
Collaborate with other IT development, security teams and business functions on system integration and end-to end testing.
Design and conduct system load tests and tune system components to improve performance, scalability, security and stability of the OIM in-scope components
Work with technical teams to document installation and configuration of OIM connector components.
Work with technical teams to define/automate common administrative tasks such as provisioning and management through OIM.

Mandatory Skills :
Experience in Architecture & administering Oracle Identity Manager 11g R2, including:
Installing and configuring Oracle Identity Manger
Developing and deploying custom connectors
Configuring provisioning and reconciliation processes
Configuring roles and access policies
Developing complex custom workflow processes
Customizing the OIM user interface if needed.
Extending OIM functionality using APIs as needed.
Documented operational experience involving OIM components like Rules, connectors and the relevant system integration points.
