Responsibilities & Skills

Conduct office 365 readiness assessment
a) Conduct an analysis of current Agency Microsoft Office usage
b) Provide agency with thorough understanding of office 365
capabilities and feature in comparison to existing environment
c) Identify potential challenges to migration and provide plan for
resolution
d) Deliver office 365 licensing recommendation
Assist agency with procurement of office 365 licensing
Develop office 365 migration plan
Prepare environment for office 365 migration
Implement office 365 at agency facilities
a. Domain verification
b. DNS additions and modifications
c. Exchange online service configuration
d. Customization of retention policy
e. Integration with Symantec cloud e-mail protect service
f. Activation and customization of ActiveSync
g. Configure ADFS/ Single Sign ON
h. Deploy Office 365 to workstations and mobile devices
i. Deploy On Drive to workstations and mobile devices
j. Deploy SharePoint
k. Deploy Skype for Business
Conduct training sessions
