Role name: O365 Lead
Location: Dresher, PA
Duration: 12 (Months)

Competencies: Digital : Windows Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
Experience : 6-8 (Years)
Essential Skills
1. In depth knowledge on Exchange and Office 365
2. Hands-on experience on Exchange Installation and decommission of exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016.
3. Hands on and deep knowledge in mailbox migration from on premise to Office 365
4. Troubleshooting migration failures.
5. Technically competent to perform 3rd level of trouble shooting, hands on experience to perform advance changes and problem tickets.
6. Problem Management and Providing RCA
7. Configuring and Troubleshooting od issues related
a. Mail retention policies
b. Transport Journal rules
c. Mail flow and Mail connector
d. compliance and Journaling
e. Unified Messaging policies
8. Managing Client Access, Message Transport, High Availability features
9. Periodic Patching & Provisioning of Messaging infrastructure
10. Technical understanding of Microsoft messaging products like Exchange, O365, Lync, Skype for Business, vNext etc.
11. Should have good knowledge in Active Directory domain services, Accepted Domain / remote Domain.
12. Strong knowledge in SMTP administration, Multi Factor Authentication, ATP & EOP
13. Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server 2008R2, Windows 2012 and Windows 2016 platforms
14. Familiarity (ITIL) methodologies
15. Hands on PowerShell skills

Role Description:
Good in troubleshooting the complex Windows, Exchange, O365 associated issues.And Active Directory issues.
Should have knowledge of Windows Active Directory services.Team management
