Job Role and Responsibilities:
Helping organizations plan and deploy Office 365 ProPlus and other cloud-based solutions.
Helping organizations migrate to cloud-based email solutions, including moving critical data, processes, and archives.
Work 2 - 4 projects at a time.
Work with client support teams, understand requirements and clarify conceptual needs for projects, both small and large.
Assist in the development of detailed project specifications
10+ Years of experience in deploying, managing and updating Office
Experience designing and implementing automation capabilities
Experience with developing future strategy for Office 365 ProPlus products and services
Preferred Qualifications:
Planning deployment of Office 365 ProPlus
Deploying Office 365 ProPlus
Managing updates in Office 365 ProPlus
Manage updates to Office 365 ProPlus with System Center Configuration Manager
Deploying languages in Office 365 ProPlus
Packaging of Office ProPlus
Application computability testing.
Experience coordinating the implementation of technical solutions on an enterprise scale is strongly preferred.
Prior experience with common project management tools is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience on deploying and updating Office 365 ProPlus
Demonstrable knowledge of Office 365 ProPlus best practices and troubleshooting
Experience of deploying and updating Office 365 ProPlus using SCCM
Expert level PowerShell capabilities
Experience in project management technologies and process
Own engagements, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
Strong problem solving and Analytical/Reasoning skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with cloud computing technology.
Proficient in creating technical documents like Architecture views, Technology Architecture blueprint and design specifications
Have strong knowledge of the O365 licensing features (E1 – E5)
LDAP and Active Directory expertise.
