Job Description :

· Communication and convincing, increasing the customer adoption, customer satisfaction are some of the key success criteria’s of this engagement.

· Since customers work in different time zones and they may setup calls anytime, so flexibility and adaptability is another requirement.

· Any experience handling operations will be a plus & DATA BASE (basic understanding ) EXP IS PLUS

· Basically one who is gentle yet effective in getting things done.

· Person in this role need to very good skill at handling the customer as adoption may not be smooth and he will be the bridge between operations and Customer.
