Description:
Vendor will support Microsoft-internal data collection where 100s of data collection devices need to be installed, maintained, and supported.
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of project documentation (FAQs, Known Issues, Troubleshooting)
Logistics management
Enrollment of participants
Promotion of this new product/service to Microsoft employees
Provide orientation training to new participants
Using our product and filing bugs
Qualifications:
1-2 years related work experience required.
Must be familiar and comfortable with recording equipment, hardware/software setup, etc.
Familiarity with speech science and/or audio collection efforts is a huge plus
Bachelor''s degree in a related field is preferred. Work experience may substitute for degree.
Must be able to travel to various Microsoft Puget-Sound locations to address specific issues
