Position Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for producing key program
deliverables upon analyzing collected data (i.e., current and future state
processes
Candidate Responsibilities
Participate in current and future state process design sessions
Ability to analyze data, identify mapping between various datasets
Create and maintain end to end process documentation
Develop program artifacts using collected data sets
Create business requirements documents (BRD''s)
Position Qualifications
Must have experience as a business analyst in a complex large scale
transformation programs
Must have experience with the analysis, design and delivery of
complex business requirements artifacts
Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications, process mapping
tools and data analytics tools
Understanding of lean six sigma and/or project management
methodologies desired
Highly proficient in developing and evaluating procedures, controls,
user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between
current state and future state
Have led or facilitated discussions with key stakeholders
Communicates effectively with non-project personnel by simplifying
detailed project and process information
Must have 5+ years experience in large scale transformation programs
A formal Lean Six Sigma or process analysis training is a plus
