Job Description Our client is building an integrated ecommerce application for a large telecommunications company in Dallas, TX. They are looking to build out a development team locally to ramp up their initiatives.
Job Responsibilities This resource will be responsible for acting as a lead MongoDB consultant. They will be the go to person for issues revolving around their MongoDB database. The client is looking for a SME, who can begin working quickly with little ramp up time.
The client is looking for problem seekers…versus problem solvers. The right candidate will need to be a proactive developer, who understands the business reasons behind different technology decisions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience on data modeling and database design within NoSQL (MongoDB)
Knowledge of various MongoDB libraries and APIs for different programming languages and platforms (specifically Java)
Strong knowledge on various mechanism for data security, performance monitoring and tuning experience in query optimization
Ability to migrate applications/solutions to MongoDB, as needed
Plus Skills
HUGE PLUS for previous product management/ownership experience
